CF03 – Rhodochrosite . Uchucchacua mine, Oyón, Lima, Perú.
Group of scalenohedral crystals of Rhodochrosite with very well defined faces and edges, one of them clearly dominant and biterminated. The crystals are transparent showing a nice red color, good luster and disposed on matrix coated by Manganese oxides. Veery nice specimen from a classic Peruvian locality. The condition is excellent. The main crystal size is 1 cm.
